    1. What items are returnable?

    You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

    • For clothing they must be in original condition
    • We are unable to exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.
    • Items must also be unworn, unwashed and unused with tags still attached.

    Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

    1. Are there any charges for return?
    • There won’t be any charges since you need to self-ship to our return address.
    1. How soon will I get my credit?
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
    • If it is approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your store account, within 24 hours.
    • The store credit is valid for a period of 180 days / 6 months.
