RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
**Important: Orders placed during festive sales are non-refundable. Size exchange will be available only Once. If the exchange size is not in stock, a refund will be processed as store credits**
Non-Refundable Purchases: All purchases are non-refundable.
Sale Items: Products purchased during any sale are only eligible for exchange of size. They cannot be returned against store credit.
Store Credit Terms:
- Store credit is valid for a period of 180 days.

Returnable Items: You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Clothing must be in original condition.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with tags still attached.
- Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
Return Charges:
- We offer 7 days of hassle-free returns & exchanges.
- Reverse pick-up services are available with a reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 per item.
- Reverse pickup will take 8-10 working days for the returned products to reach us.
- There won’t be any charges if you self-ship to our return address.
Store Credit Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- If approved, store credit will be processed within 24 hours and automatically applied to your store account.
- Store credit is valid for a period of 180 days / 6 months.
