RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, you can:

  • Exchange your product

  • Or return it within 7 days of delivery for store credit

Non-Refundable Purchases: All purchases are non-refundable.

Store Credit Terms:

  • Store credit is valid for a period of 180 days.

Returnable Items: You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Clothing must be in original condition.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with tags still attached.
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.

Return Charges:

  • We offer 7 days of hassle-free returns & exchanges.
  • Reverse pick-up services are available with a reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 per item.
  • Reverse pickup will take 8-10 working days for the returned products to reach us.
  • There won’t be any charges if you self-ship to our return address.

Store Credit Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
  • If approved, store credit will be processed within 24 hours and automatically applied to your store account.
  • Store credit is valid for a period of 180 days / 6 months.
